This Includes:

  • Initial Consultation (1 hour)-Assessment of Goals, Motivation/Behaviour Change, Medical history, Medications/Supplements, Lifestyle and Diet Assessment, Tailored Recommendations/Nutrition Plan based on your goals

  • Information/Resources including Template Meal Plans, Meal and Snack ideas, Recipes, Meal Preparation/Planning guides, Portion sizes

  • 2 x Check in Reviews to monitor progress, discuss any challenges and modify Nutrition Plan if needed

  • Ongoing support in that time to answer any questions/provide any additional resources needed

Review Package (70€)

  • Re-cap of Diet/Lifestyle/Progress with Initial Nutrition Plan, Education Session (40 minutes)

  • 2 x Follow Up Reviews to assess progress/address challenges

  • Ongoing support in this time to answer questions/provide additional resources
